Anyone paying for housing with your school loan, we will wait for the initial payment 1st/4th month's rent (usually due the day you move in) until NLC issues your refund check (usually the first few days of class)

As of May 13, 2026 ​We have discontinued the ability to pay rent with credit cards. We accept Cash (preferred), Money Orders or Cashier's Checks (I will provide a receipt)

Security Deposits MUST be paid online by Credit Card (No upfront fee to use credit card) *

*However if you decide not to attend NLC or decide to cancel your reservation with us, I will deduct 3.5% ($21) from your refund for the fees initially charged to me.
